Die AlfaNova-Serie ist Alfa Lavals kupferfreier Plattenwärmetauscher, bei dem die Platten durch Fusionsbondierung (nicht Löten) verbunden werden. Komplett aus Edelstahl — keine Kupferkontamination, was bei Ammoniak-Kälteanlagen und bestimmten chemischen Anwendungen wichtig ist. Premium-Produkt mit höherem Preis als CB, aber besserer Korrosionsbeständigkeit.
