Broom Wade war ein britischer Kompressor-Hersteller, der 1960 von Compair übernommen und später über verschiedene Eigentümerwechsel bei Atlas Copco gelandet ist. Die HA/HR-Serie war auf britischen Schiffen der 1960er-1990er Jahre verbreitet. Produktion längst eingestellt, auf sehr alten Schiffen noch vereinzelt im Einsatz. Ersatzteile nur über Gebrauchtmarkt oder Spezialisten.
